On 12/31/08 at 9:00 p.m. p.c.t. we started celebrating 2009. We received calls from Donna, Eric, Kristen, Brittany & Meg.

Since Amie, Maggie & I are from the east we decided it just felt right. Remember the last time I had
Champagne? I had to get that in there since it was the highlight of our season & all week it was
USC USC.
(
New York New Year)

I was not thrilled about going out. I figured it was better than staying behind not sleeping anyway being a worrying Mom.

Maggie - Amie's friend from home & Christina - Amie's roommate.

We stayed out until 3:00am. Which for me was really 6:00am. Needless to say, there was not much activity for the first day of the new year. I watched the Rose Parade twice. I needed to prepare for our float viewing on the 2
nd!

You all look wonderful!!! Wish I could of been there, maybe next year :)
You all had too much to drink, or you wouldn't have put those "2009" things on your heads.
