We now have heat and a fan in the bathroom. Prior to the remodel there was neither.
Mick installed the heater on a timer. Take my word for it, on a below zero morning heat is a wonderful thing.
Installing a fan turned into a bigger project than I imagined.
Did you know you have to get out onto a roof in the middle of winter & cut a hole through the siding and the original 1895 wood of the house to vent a fan? Well, I didn't.
Things went a lot faster during the kitchen remodel when there was help around.
Help.
