In addition to the wooden bucket filled with fall flowers, leaves and feathers I added a wooden tray filled with gourds and a pumpkin to the kitchen table. I got the wooden tray for free at an antique store.
Unfortunately the display won't last for long. The table is coming apart this weekend and will be refinished. The top and all five leafs will be sanded, stained & then several coats of varnish. The "goal" is to have it ready by Thanksgiving. Actually, by "necessity" the table has to be ready by Thanksgiving. Refinishing is long overdo!!
