A Reliable Wife was our book for May. 
A third of the group really liked the book, a third disliked the book and one third thought is was OK. I think after reading Sarah's Key and loving that book, my expectations were to high for A Reliable Wife, I was in the OK third. I always enjoy reading books that are believable. The more into the book the more it seemed that the events were hard to believe. We all thought that this was a good book club book. It made for a night of great discussion. I host this month and I've been thinking about what to serve. I usually host in November, summer type snacks & dessert just haven't come to me. Maybe ice cream cake?
