I came home with POISON IVY.
Started on my right hand. By the end of the day it was on my left hand.
Woke up the next morning on my right arm.
I continued to have new breakouts for nine days.

My guess is the oil was on your shoes. If you have new breakouts after the initial one, the oil is on shoes, clothing, or a thing that you continually have contact with that doesn't get washed (not your skin).
